are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original
condition and we will exchange it or refund you the full purchase
price less shipping costs.

You may return any item you have purchased from us providing it is
in its original unopened/unused condition.

must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Include the following information in your email:

order number
- the
item you wish to return
- the
reason for your return (i.e. damaged, wrong item shipped, etc.)
- whether
you would prefer a replacement item be shipped or a refund on your
credit card

A customer care representative will contact you via email with a
return verification number (all returns require this number)

Return the item to us. To protect yourself against loss or damage
in shipping, we recommend that you insure the product for its full
value. (Please note: we will not accept collect shipments)

When we receive your return, we will honor your request and either
ship a replacement item or refund on your credit card. In the event
that product was received in damaged condition, or incorrectly shipped,
A World of Good Health will assume all shipping
costs relative to the return.
We
are unable to accept any returns or process any refunds if the above
procedures and conditions are not met.

Shopping
at A World of Good Health is fast and easy. Simply click on the product
category of interest and then on either the individual product, or
the Buy
/ Info button
shown. You will be forwarded to a product page which provides full
detail and a larger picture of the item you requested.
If
you wish to make a purchase, click the
icon to add the item to your shopping cart. You will be asked which
currency you prefer. Currently A World of Good Health accepts both
Canadian and US currencies.
Once
your currency selection is made, choose Validate to proceed to your
shopping cart. While viewing your shopping cart, you may choose to
either:

Should
you choose to continue shopping, items selected to this point will
be maintained in your shopping cart for as long as you are visiting
our site.
If
at any time during your shopping you wish to view your shopping cart,
simply click the symbol
located in the upper left hand corner of every page. This will take
you directly to your shopping cart, where you may view, remove, or
checkout with your current product selection.
Once
you select the checkout button you will be requested to provide all
billing and shipping information necessary to finalize and deliver
your order. There will also be an opportunity to include comments,
or special requests with your order.
Upon
finalization of your order, a completed invoice will appear on your
screen. Please print this for future reference.
